Four years after the law was passed, the Data Privacy Act of 2012’s Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) has been finally released for comments.

Following its release, the Philippine Computer Society (PCS) will hold a discussion about it for IT professionals and stakeholders in the industry. The discussion will also help attendees conduct separate meetings in their respective institutions.
