Disini Law is pleased to announce the promotion of Le Ann C. Alojado to the position of Senior Associate. This advancement recognizes Le Ann’s exceptional contributions to the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions, and Data Privacy practice, and positions her to lead key areas.

Le Ann has been a central figure in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions, IP, and Data Privacy teams, where she has successfully overseen and managed numerous complex special projects. 

In her new role as Senior Associate, Le Ann will assume expanded responsibilities in corporate and regulatory projects. Notably, Le Ann will be taking a lead role in the firm’s advisory services in Data Privacy and Compliance. Her leadership in this area will ensure that the firm’s clients are expertly guided through the increasingly complex domestic and international data protection regulatory landscape.

Le Ann’s promotion reflects her demonstrated ability to navigate highly complex corporate matters and her readiness to lead our growing data privacy practice, ensuring our clients maintain rigorous compliance standards in an evolving digital landscape.
