Disini Law Partner Atty. Lars Serzo shared her expertise by participating as a panelist in a session on “Updates on Technology Disputes” during the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Manila Conference held in Taguig last 25 May 2023. 

The conference showcased panel discussions on practical tips and recent trends in arbitration, with special focus on intellectual property, technology, corporate disputes, and investor-state dispute settlement. Being its first in-person event held in the Philippines since the pandemic, the SIAC-hosted event was attended by at least 700 legal practitioners and industry leaders alike. 

Atty. Lars currently heads the firm’s fintech practice and co-heads the firm’s technology law practice. She has been consistently cited by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a New Generation Lawyer and Next Generation Partner in the area of Tech, Media, and Telecommunications.
