Atty. JJ Disini is one of the facilitators of a free anti-fraud training being held by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Atty. Disini will be speaking today, November 12, on the topic “Conducting an Investigation under the Cybercrime Law.” The discussion is expected to educate the participants on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 10175, particularly in the area of fraud investigation. This event was organized by the ACFE in celebration of the 2015 International Fraud Awareness Week.
