Juor finished his undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines with a degree in A.B. English. He went on to study law in the UP College of Law where he graduated in 1989 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year.
He first worked as an associate in one of the Philippines’ oldest law firms for 8 years and subsequently worked as legal counsel for one of the Philippines’ leading conglomerates, with interests in property, banking services, sugar and power.
He also acted as director and/or officer of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Makati Chapter for fifteen years, and served as Assistant Director for Bar Discipline. He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association (PBA), the Maritime Lawyers’ Association of the Philippines (MARLAW), the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PiArb) and the Philippine Constitution Association (PHILCONSA). His civic and business interests include his association with the Rotary Club of Makati Dasmariñas where he served as President, the Australian New Zealand Chamber of Commerce, Israel Chamber of Commerce, German Club and the Upsilon Sigma Phi.
Immediately before he joined the Firm, he was Managing Partner of a full service law firm in Bonifacio Global City.
