ISSUANCE OF THE NEW RULES ON ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE
The Supreme Court en banc approved the New Rules
on Electronic Evidence on July 17, 2001. The Rules will take effect on

Sub-Committee created by the Supreme
Court pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 12-2001in order to propose
amendments to the Rules of Court and other recommendations for the Implementation
