DISINI & DISINI AT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES
In October, 2000, Atty. JJ Disini participated at
the Inaugural
Global InfoSec Summit where he was invited to speak at a plenary session
entitled "International
Legal Frameworks: Harmonizing Cyber Security Laws ". The Global InfoSec
Summit was organized by the World
Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) and the Information
Technology Association of America (ITAA). It was held at the International
Trade Center in Washington, D.C. from October 16 to 17, 2000. To view

In September, 2000, Atty. Disini spoke at the Internet
Law and Policy Forum's (ILPF) conference entitled "Jurisdiction II:
Global Networks/Local Rules" which was held at the Westin St. Francis,
San Francisco, California on September 11-12, 2000.
In July, 2000, Atty. JJ Disini attended the Global
Information Infrastructure Commission's (GIIC) Asian Regional Conference
in Makati, Philippines. He likewise a speaker at the Pre-Conference event
on E-Commerce Issues in the Philippines attended by GIIC commissioners,
officers and representatives of the Philippine government. For international
